Antilhas Group takes its privacy and the protection of the data of its employees, customers, suppliers and service providers seriously. Why does Antilhas Group collect your personal data?

It does not send any offer, product or communication aimed at children or adolescents. However, the Antilhas Group maintains the underage apprentice program. If the parent or guardian of a child or adolescent under the age of 13 understands that their child has provided us with personal data and wants them to be deleted, our data protection officer, identified in this document, is available for clarification and fulfillment of requests. |

2. WHAT TYPES OF PERSONAL DATA DOES THE COMPANY PROCESS?
The types of Personal Data and the way Grupo Antilhas collects and stores can be summarized and exemplified as follows:

In all situations, Grupo Antilhas collects the minimum necessary of personal data and handles them as strictly necessary. In addition, all processing of personal data is carried out with safety and protection standards to avoid incidents and accidents involving personal data.

The personal data collected will be stored on the Antilhas Group's own servers located in Brazil, as well as in an environment of use of cloud server resources, which may entail processing or storage outside Brazil, but always respecting the provisions of the LGPD and through trusted iCloud service providers and within applicable standards.
