Antilhas Group takes its privacy and the protection of the data of its employees, customers, suppliers and service providers seriously. It does not send any offer, product or communication aimed at children or adolescents. However, the Antilhas Group maintains the underage apprentice program. If the parent or guardian of a child or adolescent under the age of 13 understands that their child has provided us with personal data and wants them to be deleted, our data protection officer, identified in this document, is available for clarification and fulfillment of requests.

Information provided by the customer Grupo Antilhas collects information from the Client in several ways: when you provide your CPF for issuing the invoice, purchase products and services provided by the company, create an account and provide data in the “CUSTOMER CENTRAL”. Among the information that can be requested are: full name, email, CPF, date of birth, address, telephone numbers.
Information provided by job applicants Grupo Antilhas handles personal data necessary for the selection process, both those collected directly from interested parties seeking the Antilhas Group or those who respond to vacancy advertisements, as well as through recruitment and selection service providers. The data collected are: name, age, address, education, professional history, telephone and email for contact and, depending on the case, it can be asked if the person has a disability(PCD)
Information collected automatically We collect and store certain information whenever you interact with us. For example, we use cookies and obtain information when your browser accesses our website, when you click on advertisements, partner emails and other content provided by us on other websites.

In all situations, Grupo Antilhas collects the minimum necessary of personal data and handles them as strictly necessary. In addition, all processing of personal data is carried out with safety and protection standards to avoid incidents and accidents involving personal data.
