Antilhas launches its first marketing innovation: the JIT-FP and JIT-IS (Just In Time- Franchising Program and Industry Supply) concept that manages every order of a chain of stores and facilitates the day to day by means of the e-commerce tool– system that originated in the Japanese automotive industry and used for the first time in the packaging segment.

In full ongoing expansion, Antilhas restructures its storing and distribution logistics to serve direct stores throughout the country.

Diversification of product lines by acquiring equipment from Italy, beginning flexographic printing in the country and distinguishing itself as the only Brazilian printing house to offer packaging printed by offset and flexographic systems.
Beginning of carrier bags production in automatic machines. The new carrier bags allied to the JIT concept boosted Antilhas’ entry into the potential cosmetics market.

Antilhas begins to manufacture technical spools for the paper industry applying flexographic system technology to printing on films with very high image resolution.
Performance of the first large export to the MERCOSUL. As from that moment, apart from the domestic market, the company adapts its structure to exports.

Antilhas launches into the market the “Integrated solutions for packaging” service – managing the entire creation, production, stocks and delivery process. In a globalized and extremely competitive scenario, the Clients were looking for a partner to manage every aspect involved in packaging, leaving them free to focus on their core business.

The success of its differentiated service brought even more investments in state-of-the-art equipment, increasing Antilhas’ productive capacity significantly.

Inauguration of the new plant, centralizing all activities in a sole industrial park. With 22,000 m² of covered area, on a plot of land of 40,000 m² in Tamboré Corporate Centre in Santana of Parnaíba – SP.

Increase of 40% in the company’s productive capacity in the flexographic sector with the acquisition of new machines.

Antilhas becomes the 1st company in the Southern hemisphere to have flexographic printing technology with electron beam (EB) cure drying.
Antilhas’ group increases with the creation of Technosolutions, company directed towards developing innovations for every segment.

Antilhas changes its communication line, including its logotype.
Currently the company has over 750 employees with expertise beyond conventional and prepared to offer our Clients solutions, which differentiate them and they meet your requirements perfectly. Apart from direct collaborators, we have over 1,000 indirect employees performing activities in hand assemblies.
